CompAir Kellogg American air compressors operate at conservative speeds and high efficiency. Heavy-duty and rugged, they made of the finest

materials available and assembled with the utmost care. Since valves are most critical to air compressor operation, they are made from steel having the most rigid engineering specifications covering (1) materials, (2) heat treatment, and (3) surface finish.

TWO STAGE TANK MOUNTED:

Standard Features/Electric Models

Cast iron cylinders, heads, and crankcase for long, dependable air compressor life.
Patented "Ring Flo" lubrication.
Totally enclosed, OSHA type steel belt guard ASME air receiver.
Loadless starting.
Swedish steel concentric type inlet and discharge valves for low maintenance and high efficiency.
High efficiency intercooler with patented steel fins on copper tubes designed for maximum heat dissipation.
Cast iron connecting rods with replaceable automotive type insert bearings.
Automatic start/stop.
ASME safety relief valves.
Heavy duty dry type inlet filter silencer.
Oil sight gauge.
High volume, statically balanced flywheel/cooling fan for improved cooling air flow.
Cast iron crankshaft supported on both ends by oversized tapered roller bearings.
Industrial duty NEMA motors.
Discharge air service valve.

Standard Features/Gas Engine Models

Kohler engines with electronic ignition, cast iron block, dual element air cleaner, mechanical fuel pump, engine mounted throttle and chock controls, fuel shut-off valve.
Constant speed control with pneumatic unloader and engine slow-down.

Base Mounted:

Base-plate air compressors are available from 10 through 25 HP.
Each model is comprised of a compressor pump, motor, V-belt drive, pressure switch, check valve and manifold, all mounted on a common base plate, with totally enclosed belt guard. Units may be connect singly or in groups for greater operating versatility.

Electric Motor: Standard brands meet or exceed NEMA specifications (TEFC motors are available as an option. Please ask for details).

V-Belt Drive: All belts are provided in matched sets for quiet, long-life performance.

Optional Equipment: Includes constant or dual control regulation.

Duplex Tank Mounted:

Duplex air compressors are available from 5 to 25 HP.
Duplex models are two pumps and two motors mounted on a single ASME tank. Equipped with a check valve, manual drain, service valve, pressure gauge and pressure switch.

Optional Equipment: Alternator control panel, dual control HOA switch.
